ERK2 (K52R), Inactive, Mouse

Description: Mouse ERK2/MAPK2 (K52R) (GenBank Accession No. NM_0011949), full length with mutation on lysine52 to arginine and with an N-terminal His-tag, MW=42 kDa, expressed in E. coli . The K52R mutation prevents ATP binding, making the kinase inactive.
